Election Day
held at
Canby Elementary School
on Thursday, October 30, 2008

Students at Canby Elementary School had the opportunity to experience the voting process by participating in a mock presidential election organized and carried out by members of the school's student council. Student council members also served as election judges. Each classroom visited the polling place, cast their votes, and anxiously awaited the results. Senator McCain received 52% of the votes cast and Senator Obama received 46%.
