Chapter 3

Pippi Gets Into Trouble with Ms. Eilers!

“Pippi!” announced Shelby and Kiley one morning.

Pippi was a tall girl with carrot orange hair that was braided and stuck straight out like staticy hair. She had a feckled gace around her little potato nose. She wore a blue and red dress that she had made herself. She wanted it to be blue but she didn’t have enough blue so she used some red.

“We’re going to school!” Shelby announced. “Can I go too?” asked Pippi. “Sure!” Shelby answered. The tree of them got on the bus. Pippi sat next to a girl named DeeAnn.

“Who do you like?” asked Pippi.

      “Steve!” Dee said proudly.

      “You like Steve?” asked Pippi.

      “Quiet!” she whispered quietly,

      “QUIET YOURSELF!” yelled Pippi.

“Hey!” yelled the bus driver back.

The students got off the bus and it was gym time. Ms. Eilers told Pippi to sit down somewhere. Pippi on the balls in the box. She got in trouble.

“Pippi, why don’t you go home?” Ms. Eilers.

      Pippi said nothing.

Later at the end of gym time, Ms. Eilers got Mrs. Hoyme, Mrs. Hacker, and all of the rest of the teachers in the school to get Pippi to go home.

      Everyone said, “Go home, Pippi!”

Kiley, Shelby, and all of the students were sad. They felt lonely and a bit happy because there was no class!

“Well Pippi you better go home now,” Shelby said sadly.

When Pippi got home, her neighbor, Tommy asked, “So what did you do at school?”

“It’s a long story, Tommy,” Pippi said sadly.
