Welcome to the Canby Band Page

 

In Canby students begin playing an instrument in the spring of 4th grade.  In the elementary school the bands are split up by grades 5 and 6.  When students reach junior high they play in a combined 7th and 8th grade ensemble.  Upon reaching high school Canby students have the opportunity to participate in concert band, marching band, pep band as well as performing in solo and ensemble contest.
