To claim your scholarship monies please follow the procedure below:

The example you are viewing is the procedure for Blue and Gold specifically, but you could adapt this letter for each organization in which you receive a scholarship.  Please do not forget to thank the organization that is giving you this free money.

Write a letter to the current Blue and Gold Treasurer stating you are enclosing your first semester grades for the specific scholarship(s) listed and indicate the address of the post-secondary institution to which a check should be mailed.  See example below:

Re:      Scholarship money for the $1200.00 CHS All Around Girl, $300.00 for Senior Athletic, & $50 for NHS

I am requesting my All Around Girl Scholarship monies for the upcoming Spring Semester.  Enclosed is my first semester grade report from Fall 2007 at SCSU.  My school ID is 00XXXX.  Please send the scholarship money to:
